Holiday Drop Off is clear and transparent about its data and how/why we store information on you.

This policy has been put in place so that you are aware of its intended use.

When creating an account with us, or any of our associated businesses, you are responsible for making sure that all data and information has been been agreed by all persons noted in the records. You are also in agreement that data can always be changed/deleted via your account portal at www.holidaydropoff.com. Data Collection

Holiday Drop Off uses your data to make the experience of booking with us a simple and straightforward process. We collect personal details such as names, address’, telephone numbers, email address along with information on your associated children, along with their DOB as its imperative that we have this information for our daily registers or if we need to get in contact in an emergency situation. We can ensure you that this data is not passed on to any other organisation outside of the Drop Off umbrella.  

Security and passwords

All data can be accessed with a unique password set out and generated when signing up to www.holidaydropoff.com. We strongly suggest that these passwords are unique having both UPPER and lower case characters with an addition of numerical characters and symbols. We wish to make it clear that we are not privy to your unique password and that this password is never revealed to us or any of the team. An assigned selected team member has the ability to access the information in order to process a booking and/or reset a profile.

It is your duty to ensure that you do not share your log in details with anyone, as this would then compromise its security. The team is always happy to help in any situation and we can be contacted at info@holidaydropoff.com or you can call us on 0203 488 1410 to assist with any concerns.

Opting In/Out

Time to time, Holiday Drop Off will email you to notify you of camp details, dates and/or special events/information. Because we want you to be in control, we will always have an unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email which will allow you to unsubscribe at your request.

Details on your profile can always be changed at any point by logging into your account or by contacting us at info@holidaydropoff.com. Please note that this information is linked to daily registers so any incorrect information or blank fields may impact our contact options in case of an emergency and might invalidate any booking.

Holiday Drop Off will never pass on your information to any un-associated third party.

In order to process an order, we use a secure third party payment gateway who will manage and take payment from you. Note, that your details will never be passed on to any third party other than to fulfil a requested order. You will need to enter personal data through the WorldPay portal, which will be securely managed. Should any details be transferred to these third parties to fulfil an order, it will be done so in a secure manner. No data other than to fulfil an order will be transferred.

Should the company merge or change hands to new owners at any point, all our data handling policies will be adhered to.

On occasions our website might contain links to and from other websites including schools, forums or advertisers. Should you decide to follow a link to another site, not managed by us, it then becomes your responsibility to safeguard your inputted data as these sites will have their own privacy and data protection policies. We are not responsible or in control of external sites and how they might collect their data.

Marketing

In order to update/notify you of any important changes or information we sometimes use secure marketing companies such as mailchimp to send out information in the form of e-marketing. These third parties manage our database and all information is always given securely. 

Storage

Once data is received through a website managed by us, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is safe and secure to prevent unauthorised access to it. All information you provide is stored on secure servers and all payment transactions are encrypted through our associated payment gateway.

Safeguarding

As we have a responsibly to ensure the safety of children in our care, we might have to comply with any regulatory obligations and pass on personal information to any governing bodies to comply with the law.
