Refund Policy


At Holiday Drop Off, we plan staffing and resources carefully to maintain safe and appropriate staff-to-child ratios. For this reason, we ask that all cancellations are made as early as possible.


Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • 14 days or more before your first booked date
    Cancellations made at least 14 days before the first booked date will receive a full refund.
  • Within 14 days of your first booked date
    Cancellations made within 14 days of the first booked date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Within 48 hours of your booked date
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booked session are non-refundable and non-transferable.


How to cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@holidaydropoff.com.


Voucher bookings
Bookings paid for using childcare vouchers or similar voucher schemes are non-refundable. Any eligible refund amount will instead be held on your account as credit for future bookings.
