7+ aged children will be located at Trevor Bailey Sports Club - Parking available for drop off / pick up - No swimming sessions will be available for 7+

Once this information has been received, the team will notify you to let you know if we are able to accommodate your booking.

If we have adequate space, you will receive a payment request email with a link allowing you to make payment. This payment will need to be made within 24 hours. Failure to make this payment within this time period will mean that the space might be offered to the next parent. We do request that you let us know if you do not wish to take the place. 
 

You will also receive registration forms and waivers within this email; they will need to be completed and brought in on the day. The team will have blank forms on the day should you not be able to print. Please do not email completed forms.
 

We will let you know as soon as possible if we are unable to provide a space for your child/children.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The Summer May camp will be running from Monday 6th July - Friday 4th September 2026 

Timings: 8am – 5pm (Morning sign in between 8-9am, pick up between 4-5pm) - Optional Extended hours available (5-6pm)

Cost:

5 day week : £255 (Additional siblings are charged at £225)

Individual days are charged at £56 (Child 1) and £46 (any additional siblings)

Extended hours (5-6pm) is charged at £5 per day if required.

- We will offer a minimum of 2 swimming sessions per week. We have extended the time for these sessions. Where possible, we will offer daily swimming sessions and will update parents prior to the camp starting. Please note that children located at Trevor Bailey (7+ aged) on block 7 (17th - 21st Aug) will not have swimming

- Due to a college event children who are aged 7+ years of age will be located at Trevor Bailey Sports Club (5 minutes from the main DCSC site) - TBSG has parking for drop off and pick up.

- Depending on group numbers, children will enjoy the day with children of similar age groups with their dedicated staff members - Do note that this might mean that siblings could be in different groups during the day.

- The camp will run from 8am – 5pm (Parents can drop off anytime between 8-9am and pick up can be from 4-5pm) - Extended hours are available (5-6pm). Please note that the sports club barriers often close at 5.30pm

- HDO will be working on a first come, first serve basis and we will not be able to reserve or guarantee a space until the Admin team has confirmed the booking. 

- Sign in/pick up will be at different locations around Dulwich College Sports Club (depending where the child's base will be - you will be informed of these prior to the camp starting).

- Packed lunches, snacks and drinks will need to be brought in on the day.

- Once registered, you will be notified with further camp information a few days before camp.
