OCTOBER CAMP 2020


HDO is now taking bookings for our October HDO camp.

You will not be able to book online or over the phone

Please ensure that you read the important notes before sending your booking request as spaces cannot be cancelled or amended once they are confirmed.

Once this information has been received, the team will notify you to let you know if we are able to accommodate your booking.

 

If we have adequate space, you will receive a payment request email with a link allowing you to make payment. This payment will need to be made within 24 hours. Failure to make this payment within this time period will mean that the space will be offered to the next parent. 

 

You will also receive registration forms and waivers within this email; they will need to be completed and brought in on the day.

 

We will let you know as soon as possible if we are unable to provide a space for your child/children.

   

IMPORTANT NOTES



The HDO October camp will be running for 2 weeks, from the 19th – 30th of October 2020.

As ever, we will be busy with sporting activities, but as you will expect, there will be some changes that will differ from our previous camps.

 

Timings: 8am – 5pm (Morning sign in between 8-9am, pick up between 4-5pm)

 

Cost: £225 per week - (Any additional sibling is £175) p/w

Although they are subject to change alongside any developments in government advice, some of the different ways in which we will be running are listed below;


 

- Children will enjoy the day in bubbles of around 15 children and their dedicated staff members - These bubbles will not interact with other bubbles.

- We are only offering whole week bookings (individual days will not be offered initially). 
This is to maintain consistent social bubbles. We will endeavour to accommodate some who can only do individual days if spaces allow.

 

- The camp will run from 8am – 5pm (Parents can drop off anytime between 8-9am and pick up can be from 4-5pm) - No 6pm extended plus hours will be offered.

- Bubbles will be arranged by age groups. Do note that this might mean that siblings could be in different groups during the day.

- Due to the strictly limited numbers, we will not be able to change, hold credit or refund any
bookings unless the camp is forced to close in line with government guidance. In which case a full refund will be given. Childcare vouchers payments will be held as a credit note.


- HDO will be working on a first come, first serve basis and we will not be able to reserve or guarantee a space until the Admin team has confirmed the booking. 


- Sign in/pick up will be at different locations around Dulwich College Sports Club (depending where the bubble base will be).


- Swimming will be offered 2 times a week to allow for increased changing and cleaning times between sessions.


- Extra equipment has been purchased so that groups have a reduced 'sharing' practice. Equipment that is used between groups will be cleaned after use. 


-HDO has increased the amount of cleaning products it has which will be used to clean equipment, facilities and hands. 


- Temperatures of the children will be taken at drop off. Anyone displaying Covid-19 symptoms on the day will not be able to attend. 


- Children will be encouraged to clean hands regularly before each session and throughout the day.


- Dulwich College Sports Club have also implemented safety measures which will have to be adhered to during drop off, pick up and during the active day. 


- Packed lunches, snacks and drinks will need to be brought in on the day.
